Thank you for your work: It's great and very useful for people with a licensed version of DVDFab. But I'd appreciate as well portable versions of the free DVDFab (that is also at their website) for people like me with no license.
Thank you for your effort.

Normal, I have the same thing with the BRD patch (no more working after 8.2.0.0).

If you click No on second MessageBox, you apply BBB patch, says registered in about but no more tested.
If you click No on first you have trial and can be sufficient for occasional use.

So... you're enabling comments after a very long time of disabling them... nice!

One question... if someone were to say "use" this tool, would the ONE download always install the newest version when you download it? Or would you have to keep downloading the tiny file that downloaded the rest?

DVDFab change the name to BluFab....

And the DVDFab9Portable.exe can't find the DVDFab.exe because 9.1.3.5 change to BluFab.exe!

Bernat said...

9.1.3.3 offline added.

jooseng said...

The online instller and the patch/reg info still work.
At the moment I just rename the main exe "Blufab.exe" back to "dvdfab.exe", It work as before.
Hence, I think, just update the online installer will do.

Bernat said...

For me BluFab 9.1.3.5 is no more registered with the cracked msvcr90.dll.

jooseng said...

Base on info from a web site and I have tested, have to rename blufab.exe to dvdfab.exe to get it work with the old cracked dll.

Bernat said...

You are right.

9.1.3.6 portable doesn't work properly for new bd+ protections.

Hello Guys
Any idea on how I can rip Bluray discs without the expensive AnyDVD HD license payment of $100????
Thanks

Unknown said...

The program installs fine, but when trying to rip a disc, it's stopped by AACS. I've found your portable versions (already installed and uploaded as 7zip) on other sites and those work fine? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

Bernat said...

Compare both versions with Total Commander:
Commands - Synchronyse Dirs... - Compare (Subdirs, by contents, ignore date)
and report differences.

Unknown said...

Version 9.1.8.3 tested. Bernat on left, other on right.

Files Found: 1439 (Identical: 1420, Different: 18, Unique left: 1, Unique right: 0)

Still receiving AACS error using Bernat version, but not the other?

In first screen enter: 9144
I don't know where exactly to enter this 4 digit number, as the first screen that appears is the license Info, then the actual program. Can you please elaborate? Thank you.

Bernat said...

9144 was for BluFab and has been removed (no more updated since June 6, 2014)

DVDFab 9 Online download this setup:
http://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB9
and use BRD patch (BRD.dll Unique left?)
Different: 18 means another version.

If you provides another patch and another download link for setup, I can try to update.

Unknown said...

I found a BRD patch online with a FULL v9.1.8.3, but it's dated 7/17/2014 & listed as for v9.1.5.7.Multilingual.Cracked-BRD

http://www.datafile.com/d/TnpJeE16WXhOQT0F9

I'm just guessing here, but I think that when installing with a U.S.A. IP address, the installation is crippled. Jooseng used to post already installed 7zip versions that worked using your installer, but I've not seen him do so in a while. This is the reason for my assumption.

Bernat said...

Perhaps downloaded setup is different from US.
For me,
http://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB9
returns:
http://198.50.118.138/download/DVDFab9183.exe
(md5 of DVDFab9183.exe: 3b8861c3e18a818f17bc61d4b1a3f6e5)
resulting: Portable DVDFab 9.1.8.3 Offline

Unknown said...

As suspected, download setup from outside the U.S. works correctly. With your new installed upload, I no longer get a AACS error, however I think something may have gone wrong with the installation as I'm getting this error on most discs:
An Unknown error occurred.
Please check if there is a new version at DVDFab website.

I've tested six store bought Blu-rays both new and old, and only one did not encounter the error.

Thank you very much. I hope you are able to work out any kinks, and maybe on future releases you can upload already installed versions. That would be fantastic. Thank you again for all your hard work. :-)

Bernat said...

Online installer updated, please test it from U.S.A.

i know the disc works fine and all

looks like it worked when i see all activated

You are right.
9.3.1.6 badly patched removed.
Go back to 9.3.1.2 BRD patched.

Unknown said...

I have to say that the two latest versions (9.3.1.8 and 9.3.1.9, with new Cloud Decryption Service) fail to decrypt media if my PC is connected to the Internet. I suppose that BRD patch has some problem with this new cloud service.

On first start DVDFab set language itself according Windows localisation.
Language setting is kept in:

with CurLanguageFile path.

I have Windows 10 with Windows Defender as my antivirus software. In the last versions of this software (from version 10, I'm not really sure), the antivirus detects malware (some kind of a Trojan). What can I do? Thanks in advance.

Bernat said...

v9 used a patch to modify DVDFab.exe.
v10 use a loader (by ChVL) to modify DVDFab.exe loaded in memory.
Nothing malicious: just disable your anti-virus if you want to use this version.

Adolfo Fereira said...

Now I'm sure. I've just tested the 3 last version (10.0.2.5, 10.0.2.8 and 10.0.3.1) and all of them are detected as having malware and, of course, are left inoperative. The last version not having this trouble is 9.3.1.9. Thank you. Hope you fix it as soon as you can.

Adolfo Fereira said...

I did that but the problem is that the minute I enable the antivirus, it deletes the "virus", leaving the app inoperative. It's really annoying. I wish there were something you can do to work things out.

Bernat said...

Nothing to fix: ldrDVDFab.exe is not a Trojan.
Go back to 9.3.1.9 or buy a key.

9.2.4.5 is the last one wich work on XP (quote from dvdfab site)

9.3.1.9 don't start on XP

I can't see why 9.2.4.5 can't activate and 9.3.1.9 CAN???

Bernat said...

Sorry, I didn't realized that 9.2.4.5 is older than 9.3.1.9.

9.x is not activated by launcher but patched by online installer and I have no more BRD patch for 9.2.4.5.

Adolfo Fereira said...

everything's ok with the last two versions (10.0.3.5 and 10.0.3.6). the anti-virus doesn't see the loader as a Trojan. congrats!

cozguy said...

Big thanks for 10.0.3.6. It works fine but I do not like what dvdfab has done to v10.
Is there any chance you might get a fix for 9.3.2.1 ?
